How to Reach
Air: The nearest commercial airport to the Kings Canyon National Parks is at Fresno.
Road: The Kings Canyon National Parks is located on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada, so if you are planning to enter it by following the road route then it can only be done by taking a drive from the west. The two main entrances are through Route 180 and Route 198.
Rail: The closest city to the Kings Canyon National Park is Fresno and it is served by an Amtrak station. The route followed is San Joaquins Oakland - Bakersfield route.
