The Seven Eagles neighborhood offers one-bedroom villas and three-bedroom townhouses. Located near the center of the east side of the resort, these one-bedroom villas have a King bed, a balcony, garden tub, large bathroom, living room with queen size sofa sleeper, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Standard in all one-bedroom villas are two TV's, DVD player, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, range, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Flatware, silverware, glassware and all other essentials for four guests are provided. The three-bedroom townhouses have the same design as the one-bedroom villas but also have a lower level with two additional bedrooms, each with private bath.

HERITAGE CROSSING is located just off Country Road 532 (Osceola Polk Line Rd.) These condominiums have three bedrooms. There are two community swimming pools, each with its own Jacuzzi, conveniently located within walking distance of each villa. Bedrooms have a King bed in the master bedroom, along with a balcony or patio, a garden tub, large bathroom, living room with queen size sofa sleeper and fully equipped kitchen. The two-bedroom villas have either a King bed or two double beds in the second bedroom along with private bath. Standard amenities include: TV in each bedroom and living room, DVD player, full size refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, toaster and blender.

CARRIAGE POINTE is located off Old Lake Wilson Road and is the closest neighborhood to the entrance for the Walt Disney World Resort. The three-bedroom two and a half bath town homes at Carriage Pointe have views of the seventeenth hole of Tom Watson's Independence course or overlook a conservation area. The three bedroom villas have a King bed in the master bedroom along with screened balcony, large TV and private bath. The second bedroom typically has a queen-size bed, TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom furnished with two twin beds and additional TV.

PRIVATE HOMES are located in various neighborhoods around the extensive resort amenities and golf courses. These suites have King-size bed and logo'd bath robes, additional bedrooms with either King, Queen or 2 twin beds, TV's, blackout curtains and luggage rack in every bedroom, multiple luxurious bathrooms each with hairdryer, lighted make-up mirror and Reunion Resort luxury amenities like washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

HOMESTEAD This neighborhood of private homes is surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of Florida and the spectacular Tom Watson Independence course. One-, two- or three- story private homes within Homestead offer three to eight bedrooms, some with either sweeping golf course views or views of the friendly neighborhood streetscape.

LIBERTY BLUFF: This unique neighborhood of private homes offers courtyard-style homes, most of which overlook the beautiful landscaping and sweeping greens of the Arnold Palmer Legacy course.

PATRIOT'S LANDING: This is the first neighborhood you will see as you enter the resort. Patriot's Landing offers Key West-style two-story luxury homes with pastel color schemes. There is also a lake in the center of the neighborhood so homes are offered with a variety of different views. Some of the homes here are also courtyard-style with separate suites offered in some cases above the garage.
